Thanks for visiting the LLC Bookstore. Since 2004, the LLC Bookstore has been serving customer needs by providing materials that improve Lakota instruction in schools and assist individuals in their study of the language. As a nonprofit, LLC's primary goal is to develop and distribute products that support effective language revitalization. Proceeds from the LLC Bookstore go directly back into the development of language materials.

FAQ
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Call or email us if you have special shipping needs.
Q: What other methods of payment are available?
A: Non-credit card payments are also accepted. For check payment, print a copy of your web order form or use a blank downloadable order form and send along with a check made out to Lakota Language Consortium to:

Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: We may be able to accommodate an international order email customersupport@lakhota.org for details.
Bulk Orders
When 50+ items of any combination are ordered, a 25% discount is applied. If you are a school or tax-exempt organization ordering through the bookstore, we can either refund taxes per your request via a check or PayPal, or you can email customersupport@lakhota.org or call at (605) 519-6317 to place your order directly through us.
Privacy Statement
Lakota Language Consortium Products is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to sales@lakhota.org with "unsubscribe" as the subject line. Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping is done by media mail, which ships from 3-7 days.
International shipping typically takes 1-3 weeks.
