It tells the story of a prairie dog on his way to school.
Along the way, he meets different animals and they join him.
The story is modeled along the lines of the classic Lakota tale, "Turtle Goes on the Warpath." Children learn basic verbs of travel, sentence structure, animals and numbers. Can be used for multiple lessons.
